Take Care of Your feet while Traveling

While enjoying the food, new people, beautiful scenery and unique cultures experienced while traveling ,it is no secret that a change in environment can wreak havoc on the skin and body. While the skin is the largest organ of the human body, the feet are the most neglected part of the body. Think about it. When we walk we use our feet. When we run or exercise we use our feet. For those of us who love heels we stuff our feet in heels of all heights. We get facials, manicures and massages, for other parts of the body but what do we do about our feet aside from the occasional pedicure?

It occurred to me when my right foot caught a cramp sauntering through Terminal A at Newark Airport in a hurry to catch my flight—I’m on feet all the time and pay little attention to it. After a 10 hour trip I finally arrived at my hotel room. I plopped down and took my socks off to let my feet breathe. While I didn’t have callouses or bunions, I noticed the skin not he bottom was thicker and dry, and the heels felt dry and looked like the skin could crack. Luckily for me BEAUTYCA a natural beauty company gifted me their Exfoliating Foot Peel Mask. As a blogger, I get approached about promoting various products. However, rarely do I promote products unless they are actually beneficial and actually work.

With a glass of white wine in hand and the TV on, I decided it was the perfect time to sit back, relax and treat my feet. After reading the directions and observing my results of the next week, I can honestly say this is a product I will be using repeatedly. BEAUTYCA delivers on its promise and I had noticeably softer feet within a week of using the product.

How to Use:

  1. Wash & dry feet

  2. Cut along dotted line and place feet in mask

  3. Wear for 60 - 90 minutes ( I did 90 minutes)

  4. Wash feet with soap

My Results:

Over the next 7 days I noticed the skin peeling from the bottom of my feet. I would recommend doing this at a point where you don’t plan on showing your feet for 7 days as a result of the peeling. As each layer peeled away I noticed softer and brighter skin. The instructions also recommend soaking feet in warm water every day to speed up the peeling process. I only did this twice after the initial treatment. After about 8 days the peeling stopped for me. The result was baby soft skin, both the balls and heels of my feet looked softer and and felt more moisturized. I cannot stress the importance of footsore and overall foot health. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants softer skin and/or notices dry/cracked feet.
